If you prefer not to use card payment, you can print off your order and send it with a check made payable to ASG Services LLC at the above address. If your item is not in stock, or is a made-to order item, we will email or telephone you with an expected delivery date.

Returns policy

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your goods, we will offer you a replacement or refund on stock items. We request that you return unsuitable goods to us in new, unused condition within 7 working days of receipt. Made-to-order items are non-returnable unless deemed faulty by the customer and ASG Services LLC. Our returns policy complies with the Consumer Protection (distance selling) regulations.
